Q: What is Burton Junior Phab Club?

A: Burton Junior Phab Club is a youth group aimed at young people aged 6-18.

It aims to promote and encourage young people of all abilities to come together on equal terms, to achieve complete inclusion within the wider community.

Q: What is there to do?

A: On club night there is a range of fun activities on offer, crafts, sports, games, cooking, quiet time, Nintendo Wii games, pool,table football and many more.

The club also arranges trips to fun places. So far the club has visited Cadbury world, Adventure Playgrounds, Safari Park and Twinlakes but has many more activities planned.

Q: Where is Burton Junior Phab Club?

A: The club meets at the New Baptist Church on Derby Street in Burton on Trent. Meetings take place fortnightly on a Wednesday between 6.30-8.25pm.

Q: Will it cost anything?

A: If you would like to come along your first two sessions are free. After that it’s just £1.50 per session. There is a tuck shop where you can buy two items to the total value of £1.00. The trips are partly subsidised by Burton Junior Phab club, however parents and carers are also asked to fund some of the cost.

Q: How can I help?

A: Burton Junior Phab Club is run completely through volunteers and is self funded. Could you give up two  hours of your time twice a month to help?
